Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert™

Carolyn Oyler

As a professional traditional Realtor with over two decades of experience, exceeding expectations is achieved by educating clients, offering superior care, and delivering both quality and value while negotiating the best possible outcome. Starting out in Atlanta in 2004, my “People First” motto has persisted both personally and professionally throughout my career. I work with a multitude of clients who are looking to upsize, downsize, and relocate, embracing the opportunity to gain more insight about each person, vital to accommodating their specific and often changing needs.

Principals have also driven me to better understand that reliable, comprehensive information is invaluable to clients. This is true whether a buyer is seeking neighborhood information, or a seller needs reliable data and high-end quality marketing to seek top dollar for their home.

As a CDRE® (Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert™), RCS-D™, CDS™, I am an expert in the field of family law specifically trained to support the real estate needs of clients going through divorce. My role is bigger than just selling the house. As a third-party neutral I prevent and mitigate conflict, aid in navigating the unique challenges associated with the sale of real property, ensure honest and fair dealings among parties, and to get the house sold as quickly as possible while maximizing equity.

The handling of divorce sales not only requires a deep understanding of the real estate market but also of the legal and financial aspects of divorce-related real estate transactions, a unique expertise crucial in managing the listing and getting the house sold.
